Ole Miss’ streak snapped with home loss to LSU

OXFORD, MS (WMC) - Ole Miss played its first college basketball game as a ranked team since 2013 Tuesday night.

The Rebels welcomed the LSU Tigers to The Pavilion in Oxford, but the Tigers made themselves a little too welcome.

The teams were tied at the half, but LSU muscled their way to a second half lead that they wouldn’t give up.

The Tigers took the win, 83-69.

The 18th-ranked Rebels drop to 13-3 overall, and 3-1 in the SEC.
