Parent Marci Drury is upset at the fact that the burglars would target the academy.

"It's a little kid school, have some common sense. Have some decency," said Drury.

She said she is just happy it didn't happen while children were around.

Drury was told the thieves used a crowbar to pry open the side door of the daycare.

WMC checked to see how many other burglaries and robberies have occurred in the area.

We found 12 incidents within 2 miles of the daycare within the last 60 days.

LaPetite Academy did not want to comment on the incident, but Drury said it won't stop her from bringing her son there.

“I love the teachers here, the people who work here are wonderful people, they do such a great job,” said Drury.

The first suspect is described as 6' tall with a thin build, wearing a blue hoodie, black and white jeans, white shoes, with a light scarf over his face.

A second suspect is described as 5-feet-10-inches tall with a medium build wearing a black hoodie, black pants, dark shoes and a balaclava.

The last suspect is described as 6 feet tall with a thick build wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans, black shoes and a balaclava.
