MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - A sheriff’s department in Arkansas is “excited” after receiving a military rescue vehicle
The Crittenden County Sheriff’s Department received the vehicle after a two year wait.
Local officers will be trained to use the unit during barricade situation, active shooters, and more.
They plan to allow other agencies to use the vehicle as well.
In a Facebook post, Crittenden County Sheriff Mike Allen says he hopes they never have to use it.
