2nd West Memphis shooting suspect in custody after surrendering to mayor

West Memphis 2nd suspect arrested

WEST MEMPHIS, AR (WMC) - Another suspect is in custody in connection to a shooting in West Memphis.

Reginald Smith surrendered to Mayor McClendon & West Memphis Police at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Police say Smith, 23, and 23-year-old Raheem Stackhouse are both responsible for shooting three people on April 6..

Two of the victims died.

Stackhouse was arrested by police early Saturday morning.

They are charged with two counts of first degree homicide.
