NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Hundreds of thousands of Tennessee residents who paid premiums for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act are about to receive refunds. Federal officials say they are reimbursing about $10 million in premium payments to those Tennesseans under a provision of the act. Refunds will average a little more than $50 per family.

PARKERS CROSSROADS, Tenn. (AP) - Gov. Bill Haslam has just announced a site for the next veterans' cemetery in Tennessee, saying land has been purchased for it in Parkers Crossroads. Haslam says the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery will serve more than 45,000 veterans and their families in 17 west Tennessee counties.

NEWPORT, Tenn. (AP) - He was only making a routine court appearance, but now authorities say an eastern Tennessee man has found himself charged with killing a neighbor a decade ago. Report say Cocke County deputies arrested 60-year-old Boyd James on Wednesday and charged him in the 2004 shooting death of Randy Grooms in Hartford.

MARYVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Supreme Court of Tennessee has issued an order indefinitely suspending attorney Cynthia Lee Costner-Sexton following a complaint of misconduct. Authorities say the suspension prevents Costner-Sexton from accepting new cases and she must cease representing any existing clients by Aug. 20
