Services for Youth Baseball Coach Keith Hagan

The Memphis Tigers baseball organization has lost a friend and founder. Keith Hagan passed away Monday and heaven has ordered a kelly green pinstripe uniform to fit the small-statured patriarch of the East Memphis Boys Athletic Association. Though diminutive in size, Keith's life has left a giant footprint on youth baseball in Memphis and the Mid-South. His kindness and generosity will never be forgotten and his legacy will live forever.

He was 65.

Baseball in Memphis will continue to be a better game and many of us owe that to the impact Keith Hagan had on the game, the players and the community. He provoked passion in others and created champions. It seems fitting that while some of those very champions took the field on opening day in the major leagues that Keith leave and his legacy continue.
