Titans Release 2009 NFL Schedule

The Tennessee Titans secured two home primetime games for the first time since 2004, as they will host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football on October 11th and the San Diego Chargers on Christmas night. Additionally, Tennessee will travel to Houston for a Monday Night Football game on November 23rd and take part in the opening game of the season at Pittsburgh on September 10th.

"Players and fans always look forward to primetime games and our season last year has earned us those types of games in both the preseason and regular season," said Titans head coach Jeff Fisher.

"We will certainly be tested throughout the schedule this season, but particularly to start and end the season. We start the year with four of our first six games on the road and face all three of our divisional opponents. To end the year, four of our last six opponents were playoff teams a year ago."
