Tigers Coach Josh Pastner has started filling out his staff, adding ex Rice coach Willis Wilson and veteran assistant coach Glynn Cyprien.
Wilson led Rice for 16 seasons until 2008 and is the program's winningest coach.
His experience in the league should make him an invaluable member of the staff as the Tigers try and remain the bell cow of CUSA.
Cyprien, ironically enough, comes from Kentucky, where he spent the last two seasons under Billy Gillispie.
He's known as a tireless recruiter, a quality the Tigers certainly need with their depleted class.
Cyprien was also with Oklahoma State when the Cowboys beat Memphis in the 2004 NCAA tournament.
