5-more Basketball players attempt to qualify for the Memphis Grizzlies Roster Tuesday..
Otherwise known as..trying to get Drafted.
Among them is former University of Memphis Star Antonio Anderson.
The 6"6", 214 pounder showed off his ability as a Defender in what was a workout basically for Big Guard/Small Forward types...
The Grizzlies are looking at those type players for their late Draft picks at #26 and #37.
His passing skills, ability to get to the rim, and knowledge of the game belies his career as a Glue Player on a championship level college squad...
But, Anderson also showed his ability to knock down open jumpers..
A skill he knows he needs to make the NBA..
"It's something i've been working hard on", says Anderson.
"I've worked out for several teams and they all say i need to drill the open shot."
"I've been here in Memphis for 4-Years in College playing winning basketball... I'd love to do the same thing with the Grizzlies."
Anderson worked out against other former Conference USA Stars Jermain Taylor of UCF, and Stefon Jackson of UTEP.
The NBA Draft is June 25th.
