YOUR TURN: A consumer lesson

This week’s “Your Turn” segment goes to Dennis Bryant. Bryant wrote to compliment our Andy Wise for his work on the story about StoresOnline.com. Bryant says the organization also presented a seminar in Dyersburg earlier in the month, and that he began doing business with the company.

In Bryant’s words:

"I had some reservations about it, but I paid the fee anyway. I had problems the minute I started checking it out. The thing is I never rush into anything. Usually I take my time and search things out carefully, so I told them I would think on this and get back to them at a later date. Maybe I should have followed my first instinct as I usually do and waited on the activation fee as well. An elderly gentleman once told me a bought lesson is the best lesson. Thank You Andy Wise, and the Channel 5 News Team for doing such an outstanding job in every area of the news. Keep up the good work, because you are making a difference."
