Grizzlies Trade For Hunter/First Round Pick in 2010

The Memphis Grizzlies aren't finished making moves for next season roster, and for the future..

The Grizzlies swap a second round pick to Denver for Big Man Stephen Hunter and a protected first round pick in 20-10.

The 7-foot Hunter is a 7-year pro out of DePaul who's had big games AGAINST the Grizzlies during his career.

He scored 16-points in rallying Phoenix past the Grizz in a 2005 Playoff Game.

Hunter suffered a Knee injury last year at Denver and missed most of the season.

The Trade could give Memphis 3-First Round Picks for 20-10.

The Grizz are already owed the Lakers top pick to complete the Pau Gasol Trade.

Now they'll have their OWN pick, plus Denvers'.

Memphis now has 4-7-footers on the roster in Hunter, Rookie Hasheem Thabeet, plus Marc Gasol and Hamed Hadaddi.
