FORREST CITY, AR (WMC-TV) - A West Virginia caregiver charged in the death of her 74-year-old client has been found dead in Arkansas.

St. Francis County sheriff's deputies say they discovered the body Wednesday night of 53-year-old Cathy Darlene Graham of Kegley, W.Va. Deputies say Graham's body was lying in the back seat of a car parked at a truck stop, her feet sticking out an open window.

Mays said there was no sign of any type of foul play, but upon further investigation did discover she had some health issues.

"There's no trauma to the body," he said. "We have found out she was a heart patient and that she had left her nitro-glycerine at home."

Graham faced a first-degree murder charge over the death of Curtis Yates of Lake Bottom, W.Va. She had been scheduled to stand trial last week, but did not appear in court. A bench warrant had been issued for her arrest.

"She was wanted," Mays said. "There were warrants out for her for failure to appear, and lo and behold, she was located here - deceased."

Graham's body was taken to Little Rock for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of her death.
