MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - A Memphis man has been charged with indecent exposure inside a public bathroom in Peabody Place.

According to the affidavit of complaint, Ernest Langford was hiding in one of the stalls when three brothers, ages 6,7, and 9 years old, walked in to the restroom.

One of the boys was washing his hands when he heard the stall door open. He looked up into the mirror and saw a strange man standing in the stall naked.

This is not the first time Langford has been charged with something like this. He has another similar charge on his lengthy criminal record.  In fact, Langford's name appears on the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry.

He is described as "homeless" and "violent".

Langford's court record dates back to 1994.  He was first charged with indecent exposure in 1997.

On April 18th, 2006, Langford was arrested at the Germantown Road Marshall's, accused of waiting in the bathroom, then standing "naked outside the stall and exposing his genitals" to an 11-year-old boy.

In July 2004, Langford was arrested for stalking a woman at her house, telling her "I think you're beautiful," "I would like to get to know you better," and "I've been fixed so I can have a lot of sex and won't get someone pregnant."

Police say the right thing to do in such situations is to tell someone immediately.  They ask that you make sure your children know that.
