Are you at risk for cataracts?

What are Cataracts?
Cataracts cause a progressive decrease in vision. This decrease may be most noticeable when driving, reading or watching television. It is caused by a normal aging change of the lens which will affect almost everyone with advancing age.
How can cataracts be treated?
The doctors at the Total Eye Care have over 20 years experience in diagnosing and treating cataracts. We now perform No-Stitch cataract surgery in most cases. This surgery is performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia. There are almost no physical limitations after surgery and vision is often improved after the first day. In the office, we have eye models, video tapes, hand-outs and a friendly staff which can answer all your questions.

If you are over age 45, you should have your eyes checked regularly for cataracts.  Contact Total Eye Care, (901) 761-4620, or click here to contact them by email.  Ask us about our NoStitch Cataract Surgery!
