Man arrested in Memphis after threatening "holy war"

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - A man has been locked up in a Mid-South jail after threatening a "holy war" here in Memphis.

Mohamed Ibrahim is accused of making bomb threats and threatening to start a "holy war" on Christmas.

Last Friday, Ibrahim walked into several Memphis businesses and threatened to blow them up.

Police charged him with making a false offense report, disorderly conduct, and commission of an act of terrorism

Ibrahim is in jail on a $50,000 dollar bond and is due in court next month.
