Haitian boy in Memphis discovers parents are OK

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - A young boy who traveled from Haiti to Memphis for surgery learned Tuesday that his parents are OK.

Saulin Noel, 8, was sent to Memphis just before the earthquake so Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center could remove a large mass from his nose.

Noel's parents live six hours from Port-Au-Prince and had not been heard from since the quake.

They are both safe and are waiting to be reunited with their son.
