Tigers Place Two Players on McDonald's All-American Team

2-Memphis Tigers Basketball signees are named McDonald's All-Americans.

White Station High Guard point guard Joe Jackson, a 5'10" Sparkplug who's one of the city's leading scorers, AND 6'6" Shooting Guard Jelan Kendrick of Marietta, Georgia, are named to the Prestigious 24-man team.

Memphis is one of only 3-schools, with 2-McDonald's All-Americans in the game.

The others are North Carolina and Ohio State.

Jackson and Kendrick are part of the Tigers #1 Recruiting Class in the Country according to numerous scouting services.

Tennessee has a McDonald's All-American in Signee Tobias Harris of New York.
