UPDATE: Cross County sheriffs seek help finding possible suspect in slaying

WYNNE, AR (WMC-TV) - Authorities have obtained pictures from video-surveillance cameras of a suspect in the death of an elderly woman whose body was found at a church in a Cross County community.

A news release from the Cross County Sheriff's Department sent Thursday said investigators were asking for public assistance in identifying the man pictured in a series of photographs.

The remaining show a bald man, around 30 years old, who was seen in two different locations.  In one photo he is standing next to what is believed to be Wilson's missing gray Mercury Grand Marquis.

Authorities say the body of 80-year-old Lillian Wilson was found Sunday between two pews in the Central Methodist Church near Wynne. State police said Wednesday her car had been spotted in Missouri and Washington state.

State police said two people named as "persons of interest" in the case on Monday have been eliminated and are no longer considered to be involved in the case. An additional person featured in a photograph released Wednesday has been cleared as a suspect.

Police in Seattle were looking for the suspect Tuesday night after they thought Wilson's credit card was used at a McDonald's there.  Her car was never found, and it was not clear if the suspects were in Washington.

If you have any information about the suspects, call Arkansas state police at (8008) 553-3820 or the Cross County Sheriff's Department at (870) 633-1454.
