Divorce with a click of the mouse

Call it a "Do it Yourself" divorce, all at the click of a mouse.

It's true.

More and more people are going online to sites like CompleteCase to dissolve their marriages these days.

Memphis Marriage Counselor Dr. Phil Murphy says, "It's a way for people who cannot stay together any longer to avoid further stresses that are involved, like finance."

These are Internet companies selling an easy, cheaper way to divorce.

Couples connect to a website, pay a fee, and fill out the divorce forms without using an attorney.

Divorce attorney James Fisher says couples who use these sites are taking a risk.

He says going through a divorce is a difficult process especially if children, assets and debt are involved.
