MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - Police said the grandmother of a 10-month-old girl missing for nearly three weeks is not cooperating with their investigation.

Tracey Dickens teaches fourth grade at Brownsville Road Elementary School.  Police seized her car from the school's parking lot this week.

Dickens would not talk about the investigation Saturday afternoon, but on her Facebook page Friday, she said, "thinkn abt throwing eggs at the news reporters in front of my house.  Be sure to quote me while u run (expletive)."

Dickens' granddaughter, Lauryn Dickens is missing.  Her daughter, Shakara Dickens, has been arrested and charged with aggravated child neglect, endangerment and false reporting.

Shakara Dickens did not file a missing person report for over a week.  Police said her story later changed.

A dog trained to detect the odor of decomposing human remains searched the apartment complex where Shakara Dickens lives, but after the search, Lauryn Dickens is still missing.

Felicia Wells' daughter attends Brownsville Elementary.  She said Tracey Dickens should cooperate with the investigation.

"If her daughter is guilty and she knows it, I don't think that's something she should hide," said Wells.

Wells said Dickens may be reacting instinctively.

"Maybe she's defending herself," said Dickens.

Tracey Dickens has not been listed as a suspect or charged with any crime.

Shakara Dickens faces 15 to 60 years in prison if convicted.  She is in jail on a $2 million bond.
