Grizzlies Bear Down in Pre-Season/Regular Season Opener Oct. 27

One week from Wednesday the Memphis Grizzlies will open their 10th NBA Season here in the Bluff City..

It's been 4 years now since the Grizz have been in the Playoffs, but the way their playing in the Pre-Season..the post may be a possiblity.

The Grizz trotted out several different lineup combinations in taking care of the New Orleans Hornets last night at FedExForum 96-to-91 for their 7th victory without a loss.

Not even the presence of perrenial All-Star Chris Paul could slow Memphis Down..

Paul with 12 assists, but only 3 of 13 from the floor.

The Usual suspects contributing for the Grizz..

Mike Conley with 19, Rudy Gay with 16, and O.J. Mayo with 12...

But the Bench is producing consistently...

Rookie Top Pick Xavier Henry is finally finding his range.. 15 pts off 6 of 12 shooting with 2 3-pointers..

Sam Young also hitting 50% with 8-points..

And even Free Agent Josh Davis gets into the act.

Grizz Head Coach Lionel Hollins likes what he sees, but is yet to be impressed.

The Grizz have one more Pre-Season Game left..

That's at Detroit Friday night.
