Memphis on the Move: Weekend of October 29-31

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - Memphis is on the move. Here's a look at how you can take advantage of some of the budget friendly or free events taking place this Halloween weekend.
You have three days left to enjoy the spooktacular event of the year. Le Bonheur Zoo Boo at the Memphis Zoo. The fun family event ends October 31st, and includes, a costume parade, trick- or- treating, and Dracula's disco. The fun begins at 5:30p.m. No extra charge for Halloween activities.
On Saturday at Memphis Botanic Garden you can check out "Halloween Hike." During the family event you can enjoy spooky treats, a spider maze, Halloween crafts and more. The event begins at 10a.m.
Also on Saturday The Children's Museum hosts it's first annual Monster Bash. There will be lots of spooky crafts, experiments, a costume parade and much more. The bash begins at 10a.m. No extra charge for the spooky events.
You don't want to miss fun fall tasting, featuring sweets and treats for Halloween! On Saturday at Whole Foods you can take advantage of Halloween treats free of artificial colors and flavors. Kids can participate in pumpkin decorating and caramel apple making. The event begins at 1:00p.m. Kids and adults dressed in Halloween costumes will receive a Whole Foods reusable market bag and a healthy snack.
Looking for a fun family event on Halloween? Check out Halloween on the Island. Sunday Mud Island River Park will be the spookiest place in town, with lots of activities including a haunted river walk, trick or treating stops, hay rides, games, prizes and much more.
