Mother of missing teen pleads for her return

ABILENE, TX (CNN) - It has been two weeks since 13-year-old Hayley Dunn went missing. Police in Texas are now following new leads in the case.

Students from Hayley's school said they saw her before she disappeared, and now the teen's mother is desperate to have her back safely.

"She's my daughter. She's a 13-year-old baby and I want her back," said mother Billie Dunn.

Authorities said they're confident they can bring Hayley home safely, but after several leads they need help.

According to investigators, one of the challenges they are facing in this case is the story some are telling isn't the same story they told before.

"The family has not been forthcoming. Their discernment of the truth continues to change. Very frustrating," said Trooper Sparky Dean with the Department of Public Safety.

Hayley's family and the community are still hopeful they will find her alive.

"Run home to me. I need her. I can fix anything for her," Billie said.

Officials are offering a $25,000 reward for tips that lead to Hayley.
