Darrell Doane, Franchise Owner
After a long history in marketing with medical companies, Darrell and his wife Susan decided to purchase the local Home Instead business in November 1996. Darrell's success has been chronicled over the years with several industry and franchise awards and he especially prides himself in giving back to the community. Nicholas Drzyzga, Director of Regional Development
Since July 2006, Nick has been responsible for developing the Home Instead business within the region of West Tennessee and North Mississippi. Laurie Phillips, Director of Community Relations
Laurie joined HISC in April of 2008, after a background marketing retirement communities. She has a passion for seniors and sees her community relations role as a ministry. She is also available to do power point presentations on many topics relating to seniors and their families that are facing the challenges of aging. Anita Tillery, Director of Accounting
Anita joined Home Instead in August of 2007. Staci Brewer, Staff Operations Manager
Staci came to Home Instead in August of 2005. Her vast clinical experience and understanding of elderly needs has helped in her vital role with client care and staffing needs.
