TUNICA, MS (WMC-TV) - Mississippi investigators are questioning three suspects about a drive-by shooting near Old Highway 61 and Flagg Avenue in Tunica.

Linda Vaughn was closing her Tunica restaurant, Front Porch Barbeque, late Monday night.

"I was cleaning up," said Vaughn.

That's when she heard gunshots. "It sounded like a whole bunch of firecrackers going off," she said.

You can see bullet holes in the walls of Vaughn's restaurant.

"It's real scary," said Vaughn. "You're hearing all these shots not knowing what's going on and why someone is shooting at you."

Vaughn and her employees took cover as bullets came flying through the restaurant.

"I ran this way right here," she said as she walked into the other room. "They was shooting while they was driving by."

"Then when I got right here, I said 'who shooting, who shooting' and I could see the gray car."

Vaughn called the Tunica County Sheriff's department.

"I told them what kind of car it was and to cut them off," Vaughn said.

It wasn't until afterwards that Vaughn realized someone had been shot.

"One guy got hit in the leg," said Vaughn.
Deputies pulled the suspects' car over on Highway 301 in Robinsonville, Mississippi. They arrested Altonious Myers, Justin Johnson, and Jarvis Johnson in connection with the drive by shooting.

"Them fools was trying to kill somebody," said Vaughn as she pulled a pot out of the sink with a bullet hole in it.
Vaughn said she's trying to understand why someone would do this.

"It's kind of quiet around here. Everybody know everybody," she said. "So we're just trying to figure out what happened."

The accused shooters are being held at the Tunica County jail. Investigators said charges will be filed tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the shooting victim is in stable condition at Baptist Desoto Hospital.
