Shelby County Sheriff's Office suggests travelers avoid some areas Friday morning

SHELBY COUNTY, TN (WMC-TV) - Chip Washington with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office suggests travelers avoid the following roads and areas Friday morning:

At Collierville-Arlington just North of George R James Road there are power lines down.

There is a tree down and a power pole down at the intersection of Dexter Road and Garrett.

There's also a tree in the roadway at Dead Fall between Millington-Arlington & Godwin.

There are wires down in the roadway located at Collierville-Arlington and Long Road.

There's a tree down in the 45-hundred block of Benjestown.

There are more trees down at Rosemark at Austin Peay.

And there is a tree down, as well as power lines, in the 3100 block of Ward.

Please avoid all of these areas this morning.
