WALLS, MISSISSIPPI (WMC-TV) - The daughter of a Walls, Mississippi man missing for over two months hopes someone knows something about what happened to him.

Norman Held, 64, is a father or four and grandfather of three.  His daughter, Rose Hall, said she is desperate for answers.

"It's been so long without nothing," said Hall.  "It's hard to not believe that something has happened to him."

Hall said her retired father did not show signs of Alzheimer's Disease or dementia.  She last talked to him on the phone January 3.

"I talked to him right before I went to work," she said.  "We talked about the Powerball, of the Mega Millions being so high."

Hall called her father the next day, but he did not answer.  That was the last day anyone saw Held.

Held got his hair cut at B.J's Barber Shop in Horn Lake around noon on January 4.

"They said dad was talking about the football game going on," said Hall.  "He was going home to watch it."

There has been no sign of Held since.

Wednesday, Hall called her father again, but there was still no answer.  Hall called the Sheriff's Department and drove from her home in the Little Rock area to Walls, Mississippi.

"I knew something wasn't right," she said.  "It wasn't like him not to answer his phone."

Held's house has photos of his grandchildren displayed all around.

"He'd give you the shirt off his back," said Hall.

Hall asked anyone who knows anything about her father to come forward.

"We deserve to know," she said.

Held's 2007 Chevrolet Silverado is also missing.  It has Mississippi license tag DA5 150.

Held's truck has On Star, but the company is unable to locate the truck.  Hall said the company told her that may be because it's in the country or the battery was taken out.

If you know anything that could help investigators, contact the DeSoto County Sheriff's Department.
