NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A Nashville woman has been charged with waving a gun at a Kroger employee and threatening to kill her. Amy Jaudon became involved in a dispute with the employee yesterday. Police say Jaudon slapped the employee before going outside to retrieve a gun from her car.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A Tennessee man is accused of threatening to kill President Barack Obama and other high-profile politicians. Prosecutors in Nashville say Jimmie Johnson Jr. called the Tennessee Office of Homeland Security numerous times, leaving profanity-filled voicemail messages. He is charged with misdemeanor harassment.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - A 36-year-old man charged with being the triggerman in a 1994 shooting is awaiting a transfer from juvenile to the adult court system. Memphis police say Phanhsay "Kapoo" Phanivong was 16 when he shot and killed Angela Perkins as she drove home from work. He could face a murder charge.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A federal appeals court in Kentucky has upheld the convictions of two men who ran an oil-and-gas drilling scheme. Former attorney Bryan Coffman and Tennessee businessman Gary Moss Milby were convicted in 2011 of multiple fraud charges. Prosecutors say they cheated investors out of millions of dollars.
