(WMC-TV) – A daycare worker accused of molesting a six-year-old girl has been arrested again.

Just moments into Anthony Webster's arraignment Tuesday on charges he inappropriately touched a six-year-old girl, officers handcuffed and arrested him again, after prosecutors told the judge that another person has made almost identical claims that he inappropriately touched someone else.

"The Collierville Police Department said they received another complaint against Mr. Webster," prosecutor Chris Nern said.

Nern would not comment on who made the additional charge, or anything about the alleged victim, but in court he used this new charge to ask the judge to increase Webster's bond from $1,000 to $50,000.

Webster's attorney, Lorna McCluskey, declined an on-camera interview, but during Monday's hearing, she asked the judge not to raise the bond so high, even offering to have her client wear an ankle monitoring bracelet, if necessary.

However, that request was denied.

"I believe Ms. McCluskey contention was that the bond was sufficient as it was," Nern said. "He made an appearance. He's a local, and has connections to the community."

In the end, Webster was hauled off to jail. Prosecutors said they plan to file the new charges against him within a week.

Webster, 27, was fired after he was accused of molesting a six-year-old girl in the daycare area of Life Time Fitness in Collierville. Authorities said the incident happened last June.

He is scheduled to appear in court again next month.

If the judge finds probable cause, the case could get presented to a grand jury.
