Police charge six people in meth bust

TIPTONVILLE, TN (KFVS) -

Police have charged six people Friday in connection with a meth bust in Lake County, Tenn.

Brian Davis, 35, of Tiptonville was charged with possession of schedule 2 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Josh Walley, 29, of Union City was charged with possession of schedule 2 drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Danny Walley, 51, of Tiptonville was charged with initiation of a process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Jacob Chadwick, 34, of Tiptonville was charged with initiation of process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of schedule 2 drug.

Tommy Dean, 28, of Tiptonville, was charged with initiation of process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of schedule 2 drug and aggravated child neglect or engenderment.

Kayla Dean, 20, of Tiptonville was charged with initiation of process intended to result in the manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of schedule 2 drug and aggravated child neglect or endangerment.

During the search of three homes in Lake County, police found two operational clandestine labs.

Police say the labs were made safe and destroyed.

The Lake County Sheriff's Department, 28th Judicial Drug Task Force, Tiptonville Police Department and the Tiptonville Fire Department all took part in the investigation, arrest and cleanup of the hazardous materials.
