(CNN) - A father and son from Pennsylvania have been charged with making threats to former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.
Wednesday, an Alaska grand jury indicted the men, identified as Shawn and Craig Christy.
The two are accused of calling Palin's attorney more than 400 times between Aug. 1 and Aug. 9, and leaving profanity-laced messages.
The messages include threats of sexual assault on Palin, death threats and kidnappings.
Before their arrest, Palin and the attorney had a restraining order against both men.
The men allegedly mentioned the restraining order in some of the messages, saying they knew they were violating the order.
