(WMC-TV) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed another search warrant Monday at a business in Millington.

For a second time, agents searched Transmission Doctors in Millington. The search came after agents executed a warrant at the home of the business' owner, Marlin Roberts, last Friday.

Monday, crews from Tri-State Testing, working for the TBI, drilled at least five holes in the concrete and gravel in front of the business.

Officials would not say what they were searching for.

This follows a series of warrants that were executed in Millington late last month. According to those warrants, investigators were looking for evidence of gambling, bribery and official misconduct when they raided the offices of Mayor Richard Hodges and other government departments on July 27.

The documents allege Hodges gambled in City Hall and Transmission Doctors, and offered Hodges a police badge in return for money.

Monday's search warrant involves the same case, a TBI spokesperson said.
