HOUSTON (KTRK/CNN) - A woman in Houston is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy, and court documents say she's HIV positive.
The boy said he was sexually assaulted on Saturday inside a home of someone he's known for years.
"I was telling her to move, move. I feel like she shouldn't do that to no child. I feel like she shouldn't do that to me or others," the victim said.
Debra Flowers Haggerty, 55, was arrested and is now charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. Court documents and multiple sources said she is HIV positive.
The charge now accuses Haggerty of using a "deadly weapon," which was her saliva against the boy during the alleged sex act.
"I feel assaulted and depressed," the victim said.
The victim said he's since been checked out by doctors and was given a clean bill of health, but is still scared he could have contracted the deadly illness.
Haggerty is in jail with bond is set at $30,000.
