(CNN) - Just in time for the holiday shopping season, Neiman Marcus announced it will begin to accept Visa and MasterCard, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The luxury department store used to only accept cash, American Express or its own store card.
The change is part of a push to grab younger customers.
Nov. 1 is the first day the new forms of payments will be accepted in stores.
The retailer already accepts Visa and Mastercard online.
