YOUR TURN: Spending in Southaven

(WMC-TV) - This week's "Your Turn" segment comes from the Action News 5 Facebook page where some people are very upset with Southaven Mayor Greg Davis. Davis has now stated that he is gay and one of the receipts being questioned by state auditors is from an adult store catering to gay men. We chose a comment from Tabitha Talbert. In her words:

Greg Davis was elected to serve the people, not himself. This has nothing to do with people being sinners. When you're elected by the very people you're stealing enormous amounts of money from, those people tend to get angry. We work hard for our money, pay ridiculous amounts of taxes, and this fool is out having fun with our money. Don't get mad? Are you kidding me? He made his bed, and now he can lie in it. Whether he does that with a man or a woman isn't my concern, but what he did with the money I paid in taxes is.

That's Tabitha Talbert's turn. Now it's your turn. To comment on this segment or anything else, email yourturn@wmctv.com or call 800-465-1210.

Why did Cracker Barrel fire Brad's wife? It's really no one's business, other than Brad's and his wife's, but that hasn't stopped people around the world from demanding answers after a Harrison County, IN, man publicly asked the restaurant chain why his wife Nanette was let go from her job at the Cracker Barrel in Corydon.
