Teens arrested after shooting off-duty officer's truck with paintball gun

(WMC-TV) - Two teenagers face a long list of criminal charges after police said they shot a police officer's truck with a paintball gun.

Eighteen-year-old Daniel Williams of Germantown and 19-year-old Michael Wallace of Memphis are accused of shooting at a vehicle at the intersection of Farm and Mullins Road.

The man behind the wheel was off-duty Memphis police officer Darren Currie.  The search for the men resulted in a chase.

Police charged both teens with evading arrest, drug possession, reckless endangerment and vandalism.

Wallace was charged with DUI after testing positive for marijuana.
