MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - Friends and family held a vigil Wednesday afternoon for 16-year-old Derica Patterson, who was killed in a Christmas Day drive-by shooting.

Through tears, the recalled the Sheffield High School track star's young life.  She died in a drive-by shooting at a Marshall County gas station around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

U.S. Marshals arrested Cory Albright in his Bartlett home Tuesday.  Investigators are still on the hunt for Rico Fleming.  Both are charged in connection with the drive-by shooting.

The victim's family called the sight of Albright in handcuffs justice.

"The death penalty is what I'm looking for and the death penalty is what I need," said Patterson's mother, Carol Dye.  "I don't want anything less."

The family said Patterson, her brother and three others had left a party in Jackson, Mississippi after an argument with the suspects.

Three others in the car were injured, including Patterson's brother.  One person was unharmed.

Patterson's track coach organized Wednesday's vigil outside Sheffield High School so friends could say goodbye.

The suspects are each charged with one count of murder and five counts of drive-by shooting.

When Action News 5 first learned of the shooting, investigators said they were looking for a green Honda Accord.  A car with that same description was in the driveway of the home where Albright was arrested.

Investigators also carried out brown paper bags with evidence inside.

If you can help Marshall County investigators locate Fleming, they ask you to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-729-2169.  They are offering a substantial reward.
