Suspect in deadly drive-by added to TBI Most Wanted List

(WMC-TV) - A man wanted in connection with the murder of a teenage girl in Marshall County, MS, has been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Most Wanted List.

Rico Fleming, who also goes by the name Rico Poole, is accused of killing Memphis high school student Derica Patterson during a drive-by shooting on Christmas Day.

Fleming is facing one count of murder and five counts of drive-by shooting for the crime. He's also "wanted by the Fayette County Sheriff's Office for violating his probation on charges of attempted second degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated burglary," according to the TBI.

Two others, a 16-year-old boy and 31-year-old Corey Albright have already been arrested for the deadly shooting.
