(WMC-TV) - Two cousins are accused of being professional killers, but testimony during their trial Tuesday revealed that FedEx planes allegedly played a role in one of the largest drug trafficking rings in Mid-South history.

Clinton and Martin Lewis are in federal court on charges of murder, drug trafficking and kidnapping in connection to an international drug ring headed by Memphian Craig Petties.

"How you think they been doing it all this time? You know what, I mean?"

According to testimony in federal court, one of the largest drug rings in Memphis used FedEx more than 40 times to transport millions of dollars worth of cocaine from Mexico to Memphis. One of the shipments was allegedly the size of a casket.

FedEx spokesperson Sally Davenport said FedEx was not aware of the shipments.

"We do not tolerate the use of our global network for illegal shipments," said Davenport. "We cooperate with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies on this issue."

Orlando Pride testified that he started selling crack in his South Memphis neighborhood in elementary school.

He told jurors that he started dealing drugs at the intersection of Person and Dison with his neighbor Craig Petties. Pride said they started out small and called themselves the DSP, or the Dison Street Posse.

Petties eventually operated out of Mexico.

Prosecutors say his drug organization not only included big time drug dealing but also murder for hire.

Petties has pleaded guilty to drug dealing and conspiring to kill four people, but he has not been sentenced.

Prosecutors will not say if he will testify in the Lewis cousins' trial.
