(WMC-TV) – This week's "Your Turn" segment comes from the Action News 5 Facebook page where people are sounding off about the sexual harassment incident involving Memphis City Schools Deputy Superintendent Irving Hamer.
Hamer resigned his position but Judi Gray Mohundro believes he should be fired.
In her words:
"The Memphis City Schools must protect the environment for all employees, all races, all genders. These are the people who are educating our children, our future leaders. We must stand with zero tolerance of this type behavior, both from students and our leaders. Many students have been expelled for far lesser issues than this. I personally feel it is a slap in the face to the woman to whom this happened for this man to be allowed to resign with benefits. He should be fired, plain and simple."
That's Judi Gray Mohundro's turn. Now it's your turn. To comment on this segment or anything else, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-465-1210.
