(WMC-TV) - Prosecutors, defense attorneys and Tipton County Sheriff's Office deputies are putting the final touches on their case as they prepare for the murder trial of a mother of three.

It's been nearly two years since 36-year-old Starr Harris was found beaten to death behind her Drummonds, TN, home.

And now, Harris' family is getting ready to come face to face with her accused killer in court.

"Anxious, very anxious, nervous, ready to put this to rest," said Harris' sister Tonya Aloia.

Rickey Bell still sits in a Covington jail with no bond.

He's charged with first degree murder in Starr Harris' death.

"I have a picture of him in my room with a picture of my sister, justice for Starr...it's my motivation type thing," Aloia said.

Harris' family and friends believe authorities have the right man in jail for the murder.

But they say they're not emotionally ready for some of the details of the case.

"Hearing and seeing the evidence, seeing her, pictures of her," said Starr's best friend Cindy Crabb.

"I've read the autopsy. I had it sent to me very shortly after because I needed to know what my sister had to go through," said Aloia. "It's very graphic."

Starr Harris left behind three kids after her death.

Her best friend said she hopes Starr's children choose not to hear the graphic testimony.

Whether they attend or not, Harris' family hopes justice is served in her death.

"Her oldest will be 18 in two and a half weeks. That'll be a nice piece of justice for him as a birthday present if that happens," said Crabb.

Rickey Bells' trial is set to begin in Covington on Monday morning at 9:30.

The trial is expected to last a week.
