Lil' Boosie in court, LSU students invited to football practice tomorrow

The list of stories to cover today was pretty detailed; ranging from Baton Rouge rapper Lil' Boosie in court to LSU's spring game this weekend.

Baton Rouge rapper Lil' Boosie was in court today and prosecutors requested a writing sample from him, but the reasoning behind it was not made public. WAFB's Kelsey Davis was in the courtroom and will have the details.

Another arrest was made in the Raising Cane's armed robbery that happened last week. The first arrest was an employee of the restaurant. Apparently she knew the two men who robbed the place. Police are still searching for another suspect.

LSU students will get to take advantage of two special opportunities this week leading up to the start of the National L-Club Spring Game on Saturday in Tiger Stadium. The students are invited to practice tomorrow and a special tailgate on Saturday. Click here to learn more!

    Memphis Police Department is investigating a triple shooting in Frayser.  The shooting happened at 1751 Gowan Drive late Sunday night.  Three people were hurt including a man and a pregnant woman. Both were transported to the hospital in critical condition.  An 11-year-old was grazed by a bullet, but is expected to be okay.
