U.S. Marshals nab Tennessee's most wanted fugitive

(WMC-TV) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's most wanted fugitive has been arrested.

Michael Antrone Breashears, 25, of Dyersburg, was on the state's top ten most wanted list until Friday when U.S. Marshals found and arrested him in Arlington, Texas.

Breashears was wanted on two counts of attempted homicide, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and reckless endangerment.

The TBI reports that in April, he was involved in a shooting that injured two people outside of a community center in Halls, Tennessee.

Investigators say Breashears and Damarcus Nelson, 19, were the shooters. Nelson is in custody in Lauderdale County.

Breashears will now be extradited to Tennessee.
