Sweating yet? Temps to fall just short of 100 degrees

(WMC-TV) – The Mid-South will hit nearly record heat and endure dry conditions Monday.

If you're heading outside you can expect it to be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 90s, just short of 100 degrees.

It could cool off come Tuesday as a cold front makes its way through the area. If you were hoping for rain, we are sorry to disappoint. Skies will stay blue and the sun will shine throughout the rest of the week.

What are you doing to keep cool? Send your photos to my5@wmctv.com.
