(WMC-TV)- Three thieves went fishing in the wrong pond on Tuesday, according to investigators.
Around midnight on July 3, officers responded to a business robbery at the Cajun Catfish Company.
The report states that while the 40-year-old manager was leaving the building he was approached by three males. Officers say of the three, one man was armed with a handgun and demanded that the manager go back into the building.
However, since the victim refused to follow the orders of the robber the three men gave up. The suspects left the scene in a white Nissan Sentra.
According to the report, officers searched the area and found a vehicle matching the description of the white car traveling northbound on I-240 near Covington Pike. The reports states officers then conducted a traffic stop and found all three suspects in the car.
The suspects, Walter Davis, James McCarroll, and Darryl Thomas, were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
