(WMC-TV) – Two men accused in a shooting near a community pool will face a judge today.
Maurice Dorsey and Larry Jackson are charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
Investigators said this stems from an incident that occurred last month.
Dorsey bumped into Marquette Wallace at the Douglass Park Pool.
Investigators say the two men argued. Dorsey left the pool, and came back with Jackson, and a gun.
Both men shot at Wallace, and Dorsey's shot hit Wallace in the ankle.
