(WMC-TV) - Some evidence remains of the huge house party Olive Branch Police say they busted last Friday night at a home on Roman Forest Drive.
Officers charged 33 people between the ages of 15 and 20 with alcohol-related crimes.
"More than I've seen in this neighborhood, at any given party," said neighbor Phillip Broadway.
He wondered one thing when he found out about the arrests.
"Where is the parents?" said Broadway. "Who's in charge?"
Police said it was the 43 year-old man of the house and father of at least one of the teens. They cited him along with the nearly three dozen young people..
"He was charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors," said Major Tim Presley.
Police found a bunch of beer at the party as well as a keg and at least one beer bong. That's a device meant to get you drunk really quickly.
"I think most people would agree a 15 year-old has no business drinking alcohol," said Major Presley. "Especially if there's vehicles there and you don't know who's driving what."
No one answered our knocks at the house. However, several neighbors agreed any adult present should have been charged whether they bought the booze or hosted the party.
