(WMC-TV) - Two suspects wanted for a week-long purse snatching spree are now behind bars in Southaven, Mississippi.
Investigators say they were on a stake-out Wednesday afternoon looking for the suspect's vehicle when police say they watched the duo take a purse out of a car window at a gas station.
Julian Bradley and Ladarius Sain are both charged with auto burglary.
Investigators say the two would pull into gas stations along Goodman Road and steal items when unsuspecting victims were either pumping or paying for gas.
"Even though these two are off the streets, police say it's a good reminder to lock your doors, roll up your windows, and be aware of your surroundings, even if you're pumping gas," said Lieutenant Mark Little, Southaven Police Department.
Bradley and Sain could face additional charges as the investigation continues.
