(WMC-TV) - A Memphis teen charged in the shooting death of another teen will faces a judge Monday. This comes after Jermaine Clark turned himself in to police Saturday night.
Investigators say he told a dispatcher he shot someone at the intersection of Looney and Dunlap.
The victim, 18-year-old Cornelius Williams was driven to the MED in a private vehicle where he later died.
Clark has been charged with voluntary manslaughter
