New details on MS hate crime case

(WMC-TV) - We have new information today on the case against three men convicted of hate crimes in the death of a black man who was run over by a truck in Mississippi.

Federal prosecutors have filed a motion to continue the October sentencing.

Additionally, prosecutors asked for the motion to be sealed because it contains information about the defendants' cooperation in the investigation of James Craig Anderson's death.

Anderson was run over in Jackson back in June 2011.

Deryl Dedmon, Dylan Butler and John Aaron Rice await sentencing on the federal charges.
